These Terms of Use govern your use of Killeenpartybuscompany.com and its quote-request features (the “Site”).
When you submit a quote request after being shown a link to these Terms, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you do not agree, do not submit a quote request.
1. What This Site Does
The Site is an informational, advertising, and quote-request website.
It provides information about group transportation and lets visitors submit trip details to request pricing options.
The Site is not a motor carrier or transportation provider. The Site does not:
- own, lease, operate, maintain, or dispatch vehicles;
- provide or supervise onboard staff;
- perform transportation services;
- accept transportation payments on this Site; or
- create, accept, manage, modify, or cancel transportation reservations.
2. Quote Requests
When you submit trip information through the Site, that information is used to generate pricing and vehicle options for your trip.
Submitting information through this Site does not, by itself:
- reserve a vehicle;
- guarantee that a particular vehicle is available;
- create a transportation contract;
- charge a payment method; or
- require you to complete a booking.
3. General Site Information
The Site aims to provide useful and accurate information. However, general Site content may not apply to every trip and may change over time.
General content—including planning price ranges, vehicle-category descriptions, passenger capacities, photographs, amenities, travel times, venue information, airport information, and local guides—is provided for informational and planning purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- general prices and ranges are not guaranteed quotes;
- vehicle photographs may be representative examples;
- amenities vary by vehicle and provider;
- passenger capacity varies by the actual vehicle configuration;
- availability may change; and
- airport, venue, parking, traffic, and loading procedures may change.
Review the actual vehicle information, trip-specific price, availability, and itinerary presented during the quote process before making a decision.
4. Transportation Providers
The Site does not control a transportation provider’s:
- vehicle or staffing;
- route or operating decisions;
- maintenance or inspection practices;
- pickup or drop-off procedures;
- delays, substitutions, cancellations, or service performance; or
- passenger and vehicle policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, killeenpartybuscompany.com is not responsible for the acts or omissions of a transportation provider, airport, venue, hotel, or other third party.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
5. Other Websites and Services
The Site may link or direct users to transportation providers, mapping services, payment processors, airports, venues, or other websites and services.
Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, prices, and operating practices.
When a website or service is operated by another business, killeenpartybuscompany.com does not control and is not responsible for that business’s content, security, availability, or practices.
A link does not necessarily mean that killeenpartybuscompany.com endorses every statement, product, or service on the linked website.
6. Information You Submit
You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You may not:
- submit a false or fraudulent quote request;
- submit another person’s contact information without permission;
- impersonate another person or business;
- use the Site for unlawful purposes;
- interfere with the Site’s operation or security;
- attempt to access nonpublic systems or data;
- transmit malware or harmful code; or
- scrape, copy, or commercially republish Site content without authorization.
You remain responsible for reviewing your trip information and correcting any errors before finalizing your plans.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site’s original text, graphics, design, branding, organization, and software are owned by or used under agreement by killeenpartybuscompany.com and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Site for lawful personal or business trip-planning purposes.
Without written permission, you may not:
- copy and republish substantial portions of the Site;
- commercially exploit Site content;
- create a misleading copy of the Site;
- remove copyright or trademark notices;
- use the Site’s branding in a way that suggests affiliation or approval; or
- interfere with or reverse engineer Site software.
Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. No Warranties
The Site and its quote-request features are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, there is no promise that:
- the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- every request will produce pricing or vehicle choices;
- a particular vehicle or provider will be available;
- general Site content will apply to a particular trip;
- information supplied by a third party will be complete or error-free; or
- transportation will be performed in a particular manner.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement are disclaimed.
This section does not eliminate warranties or legal responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, killeenpartybuscompany.com and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:
- use of or inability to use the Site;
- a quote request;
- general information appearing on the Site;
- third-party services linked from the Site;
- a transportation provider; or
- transportation arranged after leaving this Site.
This includes, where permitted by law, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill, and the cost of substitute transportation.
For a claim arising specifically from this Site or its quote-request functions that cannot lawfully be excluded, the total liability of killeenpartybuscompany.com will not exceed the greater of:
- US$100, or
- the amount you paid directly for use of this Site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
The Site does not charge users to submit a quote request, so the amount paid directly for use of the Site will ordinarily be zero.
These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
10. Indemnification for Misuse
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse and protect killeenpartybuscompany.com from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal expenses caused by:
- your unlawful misuse of the Site;
- information you knowingly submitted without authorization;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your infringement of another person’s rights; or
- your fraud or intentional misconduct.
This section does not require you to reimburse killeenpartybuscompany.com for losses that it caused, where the law does not permit that result.
11. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and retained.
The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms. Any Notice at Collection or communication disclosure displayed with the quote form also applies to the information submitted through that form.
These Terms alone do not create consent to receive automated or prerecorded marketing calls or texts.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Site, business practices, or legal requirements change.
The revised version will be posted with a new Effective Date. Updated Terms apply prospectively to use of the Site after the stated Effective Date.
When applicable law requires additional notice or renewed agreement for a material change, that notice or agreement will be provided.
